Back in 2012 I got so healthy and lost a great deal of weight.  I was feeling AMAZING.  In 2015 and 2016 the stress of life got in the way and I gained back some of my lost weight.  It sucks to feel like crap.  

So I've decided to start this diet bet. 

 

I recall when I lost 75 pounds back in 2012 I did it with a healthy lifestyle. 

 

Here are some of my tips as to what I did before and what I will be doing again. 

 

Daily Workout.

I would get in 30 minutes at least each day.  Shoot for at least 30.  We spend at least that on Facebook.  You can get 30 minutes of treadmill time!

 

WATER.

Lots of water.  I always made sure to have a bottle of water handy.  DO IT. 

 

Rest. 

I am notorious for staying up late.  But when I got healthy I made sure to get to bed at a decent hour. 

 

No eating after _____time.  Whatever your bedtime is don't eat at least 2 hours before it. 

If you're going to bed at nine...make your cut off 7pm.  

 

Fruits and Veggies. 

I always kept fruit and veggies on hand for snacking.  Instead of going for the easy snack...I opted for the healthy one.
