I am so excited to get started.  I also wanted to test out the blog posting option.

 I am really looking forward to getting back into my normal groove and I think this is just the thing to assist.  I used to have an awesome habit of food prepping and lifting/cardio but that sort of fell by the wayside when I started a new job about six months ago.  It was really difficult to maintain my healthy lifestyle with such a major life change.  I know lots of people do it but for whatever reason, I had a hard time with it this time.  I am really looking forward to jumpstarting my dive back into the level of fitness that I am used to.
