As I was lazing on my couch, about to reach for the box of leftover Christmas chocolates, i came across DietBet while scrolling through instagram.
i have previously lost 30 lbs on the Dr Bernstein diet, and was considering doing it again in January. What I struggled with was that (1) it's very expensive (2) essentially im paying for accountability.
DietBets pays ME to stay accountable... i much prefer that scenario!
