I am very excited to be starting my first diet bet in a week. I had already commited to fasting from caffiene for a period of time starting on January 1st so I'm hoping that and walking with my fitbit again will help me lose the 4% of my body weight. The main reason that I want to lose weight is for my health. On April 5th of this year I will be five years cancer free (yay!!!!!) and I would love to begin that time on the path to being healthy once again.
