Ok so Sunday is day one.. what will I do? I need a plan or I will be eating everything in the kitchen. And sadly I know how to cook. I am not a great cook, but, also sadly, I will eat just about anything! I need some SNACKS READY TO EAT!

Since I am not vegetarian in January (might go back in February – it’s not a religion for me)

FIRST KETO SNACK

I am thinking that a bag of pork rinds will divide down to 1 serving a day @ about 80 calories (5g fat – 0g carbs – 9g protein)

SECOND KETO SNACK

1 slice of mozerella cause I have some good stuff and it’s already sliced and I LOVE IT! So the hard part will be only eating one slice a day @ 80 calories (6g fat – 1g carbs – 5g protein)

THIRD KETO SNACK

Black olives! I love them, my hubs hates them. Sorry honey! They are only about 5 calories each so, ten of them are only 50 calories! (5g fat – 2g carbs – 0g protein)

FOURTH KETO SNACK

What can I say – I live for snacks!

Turkey slices (packaged or deli) approx. calories 25 calories a slice + spread with whipped cream cheese + topped with chopped celery = rolled up and stored in container in fridge ready to eat.  I expect the calorie and nutrition to be:

Turkey = 100 cal + 1 T whipped cream cheese = 60 cal + chopped celery = 5 cal

(8g fat – .5g carbs – 6g protein) + (4g fat – 0g carbs – 1g protein) + (zero!)

For a snack total of 160 cal (12g fat – .5g carbs – 7g protein)

FOURTH KETO SNACK

Hot Orange Spice Tea – no sugar or additives, just the tea.

FIFTH KETO SNACK

1 Tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar in one glass of water with ice. Zero calories  and zero fat zero carbs zero protein

Now My calculations are that I can have 2 of every snack (and drink) on the page.

Tomorrow I will shop and prepare and store in fridge.
