Holy moly, the day is finally here. The day where I get my butt back into gear and work hard to lose some weight and inches. Feeling a little discouraged because I don't have the complete feeling in my legs back yet and my vertigo is still bothering me. THESE ARE NOT EXCUSES PEOPLE! I have to say, one thing that absolutely drives me crazy are when people have excuses as to why they can't lose weight. Listen up ... I have done enough diet programs to know and understand that you DO NOT need to be on a diet program and waste your money to lose weight. It's all about 80% diet and 20% exercise. Watch what you eat and the lbs will fall off of you. My Aunt lost a lot of weight in 2016 and I asked her how she did it. Simple, she cut out processed sugars and gluten. She looks amazing! Another excuse I commonly hear is "I have hypothyroid" or "I have PCOS." I have both of these. Hypothyroid can be managed with synthroid. PCOS ---- well, there isn't much you can do about it but you can eat healthy! Sugar feeds diseases and illnesses, so cutting out the sugar can help immensly. 

The way I plan on losing weight and looking great:

Herbalife shakes once or twice a day

Exercise 20-25 minutes Monday-Saturday (Keep in mind, I don't have complete feeling in my legs, but that doesn't mean that I can't do ab exercises or upper body exerices) I like to follow the Bikini Body Mommy series. 

Eat healthy and as clean as possible. Following Chris and Heidi Powell's Extreme Transformation. I will be doing the high carb, low carb and reset days to my best ability. I only eat fish as a protein as I am trying to be the closest to being a vegetarian as possible.

Drink my daily amount of water. At least a gallon! No other beverages (except maybe an occasionaly one in Mexico :P )  

The last and final way that will help me with my weight loss is, of course, the Diet Bet! I am in the transformer and I commited to Chris and Heidi Powell's Kickstarter.
