I want to make changes this year: my health needs to be a priority so that I'm around a loooong time for my family. My plan is to start with small changes, doing something to prioritize my well-being each month. January is for laying the foundation for success. 

My goals for this month:

  • Meditate 5 minutes each day
  • Be more active - meet my FitBit activity miniutes every day
  • Yoga - minimum 10 minutes 4 x week
