New years day, a day to start fresh, start new challenges and forget about past failures. Today I start another 6 month dietbet. I did one last year, won, got lazy and gained the weight back. That is my problem, I can lose the weight and exercise and eat healthy. But once I hit my goal I stop doing all of the work. This needs to stop this year. I'm well aware that my body doesn't stay at 140 on its own. It likes the 160 range...I do not. I know 160 isn't huge, but for me it's overweight and uncomfortable. We were given lots of sweets for xmas, I had my husband take them all out of the house. I have no control. I bought $160 worth of healthy food today. I went back to the gym. And I logged all of my food. I'm off to a good start, let's do this!
