No progress today.  I guess I ate too much watermelon yesterday!  ;)

Tuna (BTW - I love tuna!!)

Several small rice cakes (chocolate)

Dinner:

Aperitiva @ Granduca.... I avoided most of the rich foods, but did have some carbs with 5 of the mini-pizzas.

Carrots, bell peppers, squash

Mixed nuts

Water (large bottle)

Coffee (perhaps a bit too much, even)

Activity:

30 minute workout

 

I went into the office today after lunch.  I could already feel the difference in the fit of my suit (not as snug).  I will get serious about this Monday-Wednesday of next week and see if I can get to 75%.  I know..  lofty goal, but I need to make myself determined!!
