Thank you for joining me on this enLightening journey. Many times I have said I am going to lose weight just to find myself at this juncture: eating the same things, same portion sizes, wearing the same size or buying bigger clothes, feeling discouraged, and rubbing aching feet. I know that I am not alone and I want you to know you aren't either.
I have a BS degree in Nutrition Science and I find myself overweight and out of shape. That is truly embarassing yet humbling. Why you may ask, while I know what to eat weightloss requires more than knowledge of what to eat and when to do so. It requires a change in mindset coupled with discipline. If you dont transform the way you think, you will repeat the same patterns and habits. Embarrasingly, self discipline has always been my struggle when it comes to my weight. I despise working out and limitations. However, I cant achieve my health or life goals without it.
So this dietbet was organized for people that can relate to my story and ready to move forward with me. I will post a daily scripture or inspirational word to feed and transform the mind and spirit. I will also post helpful food tips and diet plans that have been proven helpful to others for weight-loss and low impact exercises.
