Words to myself.... "2 years ago you weighed 285 lbs. and you worked hard to lose 50lbs in 1 year. The goal was to lose 100 lbs. and you made it down to 235 lbs. But you messed up and got unmotivated and had personal issues that made your life spiral out of control, get depressed and gained 35 lbs back. So here we are a new year and you weigh 270lbs... your life is good and back on track, nothing is holding you back, so it's time to try and reach that goal one more time. So no more excuses! Here we go! I can do this!"
