Good Morning Ladies and Gentleman!

I am super boring therefore do not expect anything interesting; just me talking about what I am eating for a week and letting you know when I exercise!

 

Alright so for week one I am having:

Breakfast- Baked Apple French Toast W/ Oranges

Lunch- Roasted Veggies, Turkey Bacon, Hummus, Black Beans. Rice and Dark Chocolate

Dinner- Sweet Potato Tacos W/ Apples

Snacks x 2- I don't know yet..

Today I didn't exactly eat this but I wasn't horrible but I also wasn't good but it's okay

I did do some Arm Exercises and FAILED at doing Pilates (my goal is too actually finish this video without any stopping!) 

 

I also need to work on my sleeping, as it is 2:48AM and I should be in bed. This is my biggest problem, I stay up waaaay to late but I work afternoons therefore this is normal but I got to get better. 

ANYWHO, 

I am super excited for this Diet Bet; I do believe this well help me get the BIG push I need.!
