First blog post!

So here we go again. I have struggled with mastering this my entire adult life. Sadly, I am just the kinda person that will always have to work on it and I have accepted that. Over the last 3-4 years I have lost and regained gained 75 lbs. I got OP (on plan) feel good see results and then get lazy, stop measuring, stop tracking, become less active and the weight comes back. I weighed myself when I joined this dietbet and I am 305lbs. When I first started my weight loss journey I swore to never be over 300lbs again and here I am.

Sadly kicking my own ass does not burn calories but I know what I need to do and this time I am taking the trip with Kyndra who had also done the same thing and for me that makes her more real and lets me know it does happen. No an excuse but a fact. I have never tried LCHF before but I see the amazing results and am super hopeful. I am not gonna go all out and limit myself to like 3-4 carbs a day, I think that’s a bit much but I am cut carbs way down and almost out. Califlower for poatatoes, zoodles, etc.

I know this will be hard for me because my go to comfort food is carbs but Kyndra has some amazing recipes and I look forward to making the changes.

Ok, enough rambling for now. I am on lunch break and want to focus on this delicious low carb salad I made. My goal is to climb the stairs outside my work building, even though I am sick as a dog and it is rain/sleeting.
