woke up late... didnt workout this morning so knew I needed to get it done tonight.

630- coffee

930- smoked salmon, string cheese

drank water with lemon berry flavoring

1:00- meatballs with pizza sauce, cheese and salad with olive garden dressing

4:00 - a handful of almonds

630- ceasar salad with parm cheese, 1 strip of bacon, black olives and ceasar dressing

715- upper fix DVD

drinking more water, ate a kiss or two :)

very sore today for doing lower fix yesterday.
