  • USE my gym membership -especially in the cold

  • Drink 100 oz of water per day - add oils for flavor

  • Eat a Paleo style Diet -Keep it Simple!

  • No Pop-Drink Ninxia Red and sparkling water instead

  • Make it managable

  • Include the kids

  • REWARD myself (without food)

  • Make a weekly plan!

  • Make it Realistic!
