This is my first DietBet experience and I've lost about 4 lbs so far and I feel really great about it!  That said, I feel a bit nervous - you know that "too good to be true" feeling?  I've always started New Year's Resolutions strong, only to fade out in February.

In any case, this year I've started logging my food, keeping track of my steps and sleep, trying to do at least 10 minutes of exercise each day, and, barring that, walking at least 6,000 steps a day.  What's been really challenging is trying to eat healthy at the 3-hour intervals recommended by Heidi and Chris Powell --- when I'm in the office, and things get crazy...argh!

I'm just glad that there's a lot of activity and support on the feeds - I don't feel like I'm the only one slipping up now and then --- it's incredibly inspiring to get words of support to remind me that I can always start again, and again, and again... and IT'S ALL RIGHT!!!
