I went over 1310 calories yesterday because I was just too hungry.  I had already eaten when I installed and logged my meals in MyFitnessPal, so I did not know what my intake should be.  I did C5K - Day1 and walked 4100 steps (including the C5K).  I lost 2.1lbs.  

This morning I walked 10 minutes on the treadmill and did 50 squats using 10lb weights.  I will make a big salad and eat it with my meals to help spread my calories across my meals a little better.  I will also do all my measurements ahead of time.  I'll also drink more water today.  Thanks again for all the great tips.
