Well I made it through 7 days of the whole 30.  Friday was probably the roughest day.  I was very tired, cranky and really wanting bread.  I exercised every day that I had planned to. I got up at 5:30 a.m. 5 days in a row and did a work out video.  I didn't go as intsensly as I wanted but I completed everyone.  I completed all my step bet goals to for the first week.  I lost almost 3lbs and I feel great.

I am on day 8 of whole 30.  This is the roughet week so I made sure that I prepped enough breakfast  and lunches to get me through it.  All I have cook this week is dinner.  I find I can stick to my diet better with preparation.

How is everyone elses diet going?  I am sticking to non food rewards this time.  Since I completed all my goals this past week I brought me a pack of brand new socks.  Don't laugh, All  my other socks are either holey, or too small because they shurnk terribly in the wash.  So today I am sporting some warm holeless socks.
