Several years ago, I started on a weight loss journey and for the first time in my life I was able to meet my goal in March of 2013.  I lost 52 pounds and felt great.  I continued to maintain plus or minus 10 pounds for several years by exercsing and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.  My highest weight was 212 pounds and I made my goal at 135.  This past year has been very stressful with several of my friends and family passing away and I let my weight get out of control.  Also suffering from arthritis in my knee which impedes my exercising.  I am currently at around 162 and feeling terrible about myself.  I have played in several diet bets over the past year and have not won any of them.  Even did the 100.00 one thinking that it would motivate me more.  I am praying for a better healthier year and motivated to get this weight off for good!
