My only goal for 2017 is to be healthier. I've spent the majority of my adult life medically obese (with a fortunately proportional personality). I believe this is due to two primary reasons.
 
  1. I eat my feelings; the good ones and the bad ones.
  2. I don't feel very emotionally motivated to be healthy.
 
Combatting emotion with logic is often futile but logically, I know I am fast approaching a threshold where the negative effects of my current lifestyle will begin to compound and become increasingly difficult to reverse.
