So far, every day of this diet bet has been perfect.  I've been riding my bike at least 1 1/2 hours a day and eating carefully.  Tomorrow until Sunday will be another challenge.  No way to plan my meals, and I will be on vacation on an island!  I'll focus on portion control and moving as much as I can.  And I'll chart everything.  My body will be glad for a break from the riding anyway!  I'm definitely on track to meet and exceed my goals, so I will work hard not to lose my momentum.
