
Today was one of those days where every irritating thing that could have happened did. By the middle of the day I could have jumped into a vat of peanut butter and eaten my way out. It was people, traffic, dealing with email issues, internet companies etc. All of the little things....
I am proud to say that after I did my errands and before laundry I did get a good work out in. I kept within my calories and the only chocolate that I ate was the correct serving of my dark chocolate covered coconut chips. I am tryiing to keep my goal before my eyes. Exercising has became a great coping skill for all of the stuff that life can throw at me sometimes. I am glad that I did not give in and jump into the peanut butter though it would have tasted really great! For now I am going to settle in and watch a few episodes of Dr. Who. I am on season 5 and I love it!
