Week 2 is in the books.  I am on day 14 of whole thirty and doing great.  I am down 1.9 pounds from last week.  Only 1.5 pounds from monthly goal.  This past week was a little tough but I pushed through.  Day 10 and 11 everything i had in the fridge seemed unappetizing.  But I pushed through and now all is good.  My son's birthday was this past week.  I  made cookies for his class.  The first batch burnt horribly and I had to get up extra early the next morning and make another batch. I didnt try either dough.  I did however take a small bite of the new batch of cookies just to make sure they were good since my three year old spit out the bite I gave her.  I was worried they tasted bad.  We had cake for my son on saturday.  I did not eat any.  Instead I made me some paleo ice cream made with bananas, strawberries, and coconut milk.  It was good. 

Another victory was working out 5 consecutive days this week for the second week in a row.  Getting up at 5:30 a.m.  is getting easier to do. 

Food prep day tommorrow since its a holiday and no school.  I  am excited to see what this week brings.
