Hey Everyone!

 

This is my first ever dietbet, i've been wanting to try it out for a while but i've also wanted to lose weight for a while and sadly my motivation for both things have been basically non-existent for FAR too long. People say to give myself a break, I just had a kid 6 months ago. But, that's 6 months. 6 months i've slacked off and used excuses to make myself feel better for being unhealthy.

 

But no more!

 

For myself, my new daughter, and my family, i'm finally ready to get back to eating healthy, being active, and being an acceptable weight. I'm hoping to use this diet to kind of kick my butt into eating right to lose the weight and reach my goal (hey, I wont deny it. Money is an excellent motivator for me). And hopefully, after a month of clean eating and being active, I'll be able to be my own motivator in keeping the weight off and continue on towards my goal.

 

I wish everyone luck in this game, not just for the money but to be able to reach the end of the month with a smile on your face as you step on that scale for your final weigh-in. Let's all encourage each other to become the best versions of ourselves that we can be!
