Good evening!!

I am finishing up week three of diet bet and step bet.  I have done well this week but my results don't quite reflect that.  I am a little bummed.  I got my big butt out of bed every morning by 5:30 a.m. and did a 21 day fix work out.  5 days in a row.  I walked/jogged at least 45 minutes 4 days this week.  I finished with yoga tonight.  I am eating on point with my whole thirty diet.  Day 21 and still going strong.  I was so tempted on Friday night to grab a big mac when i got my 7 year old a happy meal.  I did not.  I came home and cooked my fish and heated up left over veggies.  I havent snacked alot this week. Just a few almonds and raisins.  The scale sat at 206.5 all week.  It did finally budge this morning to 206.  So I lost a half pound.  At least its a loss not a gain.  I am glad for that.  I am still proud of myself.  I feel better and stronger and more confident in myself right now.  I will push on.  I plan on doing whole 30 till Feb 3 which will  be 32ish days.  Then I am going 80/20 paleo from that point on.   I have several social engagments in February and a trip to visit family in March so 80/20 will be best.  I want to eventually do a whole 60 but this year wont allow for it at least not till september.  Plus I dont want to completely deprive myself all the time.    Well, time to wind down and get reday for that 5:30 am alarm.  Good night all.
