DietBet has definitely helped me to take my weight loss a little more seriously.  I"m down 4.2 lbs and will push myself to lose my remaining 5.8 lbs.  I can tell a difference in the way that my clothes are fitting.  I'm being mindful of my portion sizes and trying not to eat after 7:30.  This has proven effective to me.  I move around more at work instead of staying in my office.  I also workout three times a week. I finish the week strong by attending a Zumba class on Saturday mornings.
