
If you're reading this, I just want you to know that you are capable of reaching every single one of your goals.
I am someone who loves eating out and indulging in the tastiest of foods. However, for me, nothing beats feeling and looking healthy. Not the sweetest donut or the crispiest buffalo wing. That's right, I said it! Once you get over the hurdle of adjusting your lifestyle from processed food to perishable items, your whole life changes! You become happier, more peaceful and start noticing what a cute little bum you have hahaha I'm not going to lie, the transition is very VERY difficult! But the process wouldnt be nearly as rewarding if we didn't have to work hard to achieve results. So diet, check! Let's move on to physical fitness.
This is another hurdle, especially for those of us who enjoy binge watching netflix or browsing facebook for copious amounts of hours...or is that just me? haha Well, let me tell you..Lucky for us creatures, there are SO many different ways to get active. Hiking, dancing, walking, jogging, yoga, cycling and the list goes on and on. If you have a goal of, let's say, running a half marathon at some point in your life; You don't have to begin running right from the start. But you DO have to get off the couch and leave your lackadaisical life behind! You'll be glad you did! Make one small step forward and then another and another and you will see just how much you can accomplish by putting in the effort to live a better life. I believe in myself and I belive in the power that lives within YOU as well. We can do THIS! One day, one healthy choice, one workout at a time.
