Getting excited people!!! 9/6/14 is almost here!! Looking forward to seeing your results. Any weight loss strategies??! My attack plan....low carb but follow WW points, kickboxing 2x per week, CrossFit 2x per week, 1 day light cardio. Maybe try yoga. Advice anyone???
