Well, I hit my highest weight ever since giving birth to my 2nd son.  I got sedentary after a broken ankle that the radiologist missed and dealt with pain for over 18 months.  It's now healed (not perfectly, but healed) and I'm ready to peel off the 38 pounds I've gained over the last 3 years.  I now have 63 pounds to lose (55.6 to hit a healthy weight range for my height.)  I'm hoping I'll have the success I had here last time, but make it last this time and keep going.

I plan to try to start running again this next week.  I miss running 1/2 marathons and even marathons.  I've run 5 fulls and my goal was 10.  I've run 24 1/2s and my goal is 50, so I'd like to get back out there and even tack 1 ultra under my belt and a triathlon.  These were my goals at 34 when I started running and now to finish them when I'm starting over at 42.
