Restricting people from getting payouts for their hardwork and then ERASING all points after a year of inactivity is a SCAM! 

1. It's not good business. 

2. Your marketing implies a payout. 

3. You should be encouraging costumers to keep the weight off - not encourage them to go on and off the program.
