Not surprised at lack of results for weight yesterday.  I expect to see a drop tomorrow morning, however.

2 thin slices of ham

Small amount of peanuts

Lettuce with no fat/lowcal Italian

Dinner:

Salad with no fat/lowcal Italian

Fish

Rice

Snacks:

Some chocolate rick cakes.

Activity:

30 minute workout before bed.
