Success is often measured by numbers and in my case, I'm committed to making changes to my diet and exercise that reflect numbers on the scale. But this is bigger! I love that I have a challenge ahead of me with others watching. I want to make it to my goal and I'm focused on getting there. No distractions. So I'm drinking more water, eating better and exercising!! Even if I have only 30 minutes, I'm making use of my time.  Can't wait to weigh in at the end of the week!!!!!!!!!!!
