Last year I did 3 rounds of 21 day fix spaced out and lost 18 pounds. Whle that was pretty good, what seems to happen is that I always seem to lose almost all of the weight in the 1st week, maybe a tad in the 2nd week and none in the 3rd week. I'm thinking my body adjusts very quickly to the calorie deficit and maybe then thinks I may starve, so it holds on to everything. I'm thinking maybe I just need to do 1 or 2 week round of calorie deficit then go onto maintenance for a couple weeks. Any thoughts?
I did do better on this dietbet round than I have before, losing 8 pounds really the first week, then another couple, but those are going up and down a bit. I went onto maintenance and will do the last week this month on low cal and see what happens.
