I'm having issues with sleep this week. Great timing. We're in the process of buying out first home and there's so much going on. I wanted to get up early to work out, but i'm so tired. I've suffered with insomnia since I child, but until recently I was finally starting to sleep a bit better. Not so much now. I often go over 24 hours without a minute of sleep. 

I've done a webinar course, tried sleeping pills over the years. It sucks that right now when I want to be in a good routine, it gets bad. 

 

I've been eating super clean but i'm gutted about the lack of energy from medication side effects and sleepless nights. I know exercise makes you feel energised but i'm so lethargic and i'm just glad i'm not reaching for a red bull. (my dentist will be pleased)

 

I used to swear by Yogi's 'Organic Bedtime Tea', but I can't have that any more as it has St John's wort in and I can't have that with my medication. 

 

So i've been trying this 'Organic night time tea' by Neal's Yard. So far, still having sleepless nights which is really affecting my energy in a negative way.  

 

 

 

I'm feeling a little defeated already two days in. I refuse to give up though. Perhaps not the best start but ths is a lifestyle change, and goes beyond dietbet.
