Congratulations everyone for being apart of DietBet! 

 

The DietBet community has been so helpful pushing me to stick to my goals. Every week I check in, track my progress and get support from my fellow DietBeters.

Lately, I've noticed I'm just not losing weight like I was before. So I started to do some research and determine I've hit a plateau.

Has this happened to anyone else recently? 

It makes sense, its now been two months since we all started our New Years Resolutions and it's time we give our routines a kick in teh pants! 

So every week we will committe to mixing up something in our routine:

Week 1 ( March 20 - 26):  Fitness Focus 

Weel 2 ( March 27 - Apr. 2): Increase Intensity 

Week 3 ( April 3 - 9 ): Nutrition Focus

Week 4 ( April 10 - 16 ): Your Choice
