Inspired by WeightWatcherGirl videos on youtube to join WW...now to join DietBet. 

Almost all of my life I was usually the thinnest person among my friends. Then I quit smoking 11 years ago while working a desk job. The weight piled on because food tasted so good now that I did not smoke. After gaining 50lbs and going from a size 1-3 to a 12-14 I knew I needed to do something. I had no idea HOW to lose weight especially now that I was in my 50's. I joined Slim 4 Life and lost about 40 lbs. But I was always hungry on that plan to the point where I was getting sick (from lack of eating.) Btw- I never took the supplements/pills they had. I kept the weight off a few years while working a PT job that allowed me to walk around for 6 hour shifts. 

Then I went back to a FT desk job. I so wish I would have saved my FAT clothes. I did not want to go back on S4L plan. A girl at my work just started Weight Watchers. Plus I knew many people who did the program and all looked fantastic and had kept it off for year. Plus they were close to my age.

WW had a special: They will give me $100 if I lose 10 lbs in 3 months. Sounded like a plan. Plus I had been watching the youtube videos from WeighWatcherGirl and she had given me many meal ideas. It's one thing to read about the different meal plans-dishes etc online. But it makes more sense when a real person shows you. I joined WW Online Plus on March 1, 2017 w/a weight of 154.50. My goal is 120. Before I quit smoking I was at 100-110. But I think as one ages 110 might be too thin.
