Well, I did it!

 

I accomplished my goal of finishing my very first Kickstarter, but not only did I finish it... I'm one of the WINNERS! I don't think I've ever stuck to a weight loss/workout/diet plan as long as I have stayed faithful to this one.

Maybe putting money on it is the motivation that I needed? ;)

 

 

My second attempt at a Kickstarter starts tomorrow, and I am going to make sure that I stick to my goals to help me achieve another win;

  • Drink at least 80 fl oz of water a day (three of my Nathan bottles)
  • Eat smaller portions, but stick to my macros
  • Less snacking (And if I need a snack, I'll reach for some almonds or cucumber vs sugary things)
  • Reach my step goal of 13,000 steps per day
  • Partake in at least 30mins of activity/a workout each day
  • STAY TRUE TO MYSELF <3

 

I don't know if anyone will see this post, or if they'll take the time to read it, but I'm hoping it will keep me focused and motivated if I put down some words about how I feel, etc. If anyone does end up reading my posts, I hope they serve as some inspiration for you as well!
