My first kickstart starts tomorrow; I'm stoked to have the motivation of the "bet" provides.

 

Here is my plan.

The What:

Goal: 3 pounds a week.

The How:

1) Shakeology for 1-2 meals a day

2) All other meals/snacks will include only unprocessed real food.  Meat is an option but will be lean and natural cuts.

3) Exercise consist of 1 hour 6 days a week.

4) No sweetened, no sugar unless in real fruit, no soda, no alcohol.  

5) If i am hungry I eat, if not hungry I won't.  Note, a craving is NOT the same as being hungry.
