Have just joined my first DietBet, the 70lbs Of Life DietBet. Thanks to Marissa for hosting it and getting me to actually join one.

it is going to be very challenging for me to get 4% even if it will be only 4-5kg as i normally only loose 500-600g a week if that. so i will be trying very hard.

my birthday is the 22 June so its not long after the challenge ends. I'm hoping i can do it as an early birthday present to myself. it would be awesome.

I got down to 82kg once (my bmi goal weight is apparently 65kg but to me that seems too low so right now my goal is 70kg and I will re-evaluate if i get there) but then put it back on as I lost my Dad, Nana & Gramps to cancer within 16 months of each other and Im an emotional eater. I am now slowly going back down again.

Its coming into winter here which means im more likely to exercise if i push myself than i would be in summer as exercising in the heat makes me physically sick. :( I rather the cold when exercising.

My brother brought me one of those vibration exercise machines. I'm a bit doubtful itll work but ill give it a go. its got the stretchy band things with it as well. ive looked up some youtube videos on them and you can do a lot on them but im still doubtfull. my brother reckons its ok if i dont like it since its a $150 cheap shop rip off one of the thousand or so dollar one you see on tv lol

my main issue is diet. i dont alway have the money to get the stuff i need, tho im hoping thats been solved now, since ive moved into my parents house again. Id rather not go back onto welfare so i moved back into their house to try to save money and hopefully get more hours or another job to save some good money.

I work in a servo (petrol/fule/gas station, not sure what theyre called in other countries) so im around chocolate and soft drink all the time and if i dont take food to work i need to either not eat at all on shift or get mainly junk as we work alone and cant leave during shift. but im working on meal prep, tho its a slow process as im not a very organised person lol.

anyway Im not too good at these blog things, so Ill say thank you again to marissa, for this DietBet and also for your youtube channle that has been a big inspiration and Ill just leave this here.
