Hey everyone,

I'm so thrilled to have found this website and the way it promotes weight loss.

When younger I was pretty active even being a bit overweight - later on entering teen for some wierd reason I would get very skinny. After that it was a roller coaster. When I was in college I would get overweight, to after that lose some weight, but then when living overseas to gain again - this time though I was able to exercise more and even win rewards from the UCLA program I was participating. But when coming back to Brazil I wasn't able to keep the healthier habits that I learnt from the program and lost almost all the gain I had - plus, you know, coming back after living 2 years overseas it's a bit depressing when you didn't really wanted to come back (breakups also didn't help). So now I'm here, typing all of this to my Dietbet profile. I hope this works to put me back on the healthier path - once I finish the first Dietbet I probably can't play again (i would be pretty near the 18.5 BMI rule).

I have to admit that people often don't see me as overweight, they actually see me as skinny. And I hate that. I hate it because I know I'm not skinny - I'm 152 pounds and 5'9 (it puts me on the 22BMI scale). The only problem is that I'm upper sedentary so all the weight I have is on my belly, witch we all know that is really bad for the health. (I've actually read that if I were obese but not sedentary I would live longer than if I stick with the pseudo-skinny sedentary mode)

Well, I hope I can lose weight to later maybe get muscles, but since I'm pretty bad on exercising, let's stick to the weight loss!
