Little nervous about whether I'll be able to do 4% in this amount of time due to where I am in my weight loss/exercise plan.  I'm getting realatively close to my goal weight so I know the pounds won't come off as easy.  Plus, about a month ago I finally started working out more regularly and I am gaining muscle so I could potentially even gain weight or have the fat/muscle weight change cancel itself out.  I decided to sign up anyway, having more muscle is supposed to burn fat faster, so maybe I will end up kicking everyone's butts!  It will help keep me motivated to be more diligent with everything, logging the food, staying on the food plan, and making time for exercise.
