I'm happily less than two pounds away from new numbers! New numbers are that happy time when the second digit on the scale changes. This will be my second to last set.

I credit two things: consistency, and math. I'm lucky that the math works for me. I wear a Fitbit so I have an idea of what I'm burning and I log and measure everything I eat. I use a meal delivery service for easy portion control because by the time I get home from work and gym I don't have the energy to cook. I just provide for breakfast and that's it, and allow myself once a week to eat out for a meal. I also visit my favorite ice cream place once a week and get a brownie or two from them for the road. So no deprivation, no starvation, just balance and moderation.

I'm almost down 14 pounds and counting, almost halfway to my personal goal.
