Two weeks to go and I have slid backwards, right back to my beginning weight for this bet.

I know why, too many convenience meals and not enough exercise. And a big reason for this has been our unusually hot weather (UK). I don't do well in heat and 5 days of it leaves me melting on the floor. Now don't laugh all you people from hot countries, I'm well aware that what I think of as hot may be normal for some but I'm not designed for heat and humidity, and neither is my home! 

But that is enough of excuses. There are two weeks to go so if somebody would like to give me a kick up the bum please do so because that arm chair in the corner is looking awfully comfortable.
