Yes, that's what I think. I actually did start it pretty seriously on March due to some relationship problems. This was my way to put my thoughts aside and do something. And it went well, people started noticing changes in me. I just smiled and pretended nothing had changed. I lost 7 kgs but have gained back 3 of them due to my trip to Norway. I'm not used to eating mostly frozen food. So I ate some unhealthy food when I got back.

But - I'm back on track now and ready to reach my goal!
