Every day is a battle for each of us. Over the last few months I have cleaned up my eating, and I feel so much better. Although, I do NOT restrict myself, if i have a craving, I satisfy it in very small portions. I have lost a few pounds just by drinking more water and being mindful of what I put into my body. i struggle alot with going to the gym, or getting up and doing something..I was in the gym consistently for about a month then got bored. I am the kind of person who does better when they have a gym partner. Hoping my first dietbet will help moticvate me to get to moving a little bit more.
