It's eating right that's the pain in the ass!

I tore my brachialis in April 2016 and wasn't able to lift again until this past march. I was on the verge of my first physique competition and my fitness was going great. Since I tore my muscle, I put on 30 lbs have found it difficult to start eating right again. I lift 6 days a week consistently but I just love all the carbs; fried carbs, carb wrapped carbs, etc. Low carb day? Ain't nobody got time for that.

In the past, I weighed over 320 lbs. I lost over 110 lbs and got fairly fit (image attached with the blog) however, motivation has been the biggest struggle from my first weight loss journey to where I'm at now. I know how to eat properply and macro prep but I'm hoping that through DietBet, I'll find the motivation to achieve my goals again!
