I have always been very athletic and thin and never had to work to stay healthy. I am now 38 years old and still eating the crap diet that I have my entire life, but suddenly no matter how much I exercise I keep putting on weight. I have tried over and over to start eating more healthy, only to return to overeating sugar and processed foods. I am now overweight, unhealthy and unhappy. I need to make a change. I am hoping that this will help keep me accountable in order to make better choices and regain my health.
