Hi Friends!

I am so glad you decided to BET ON YOURSELF! You CAN do this!

Over the next 4 weeks I will coach you though your weight loss and fitness journey. If you trust me and follow my advice, you WILL be successful and most likely continue on to bigger and better things.

For the next couple of days I want you to consciously increase your water intake and get it up to 1 gallon per day (I know that seems like a lot but you will be accustom to it and it will aid in your fat loss goals).

Also, focus on getting as much sleep as possible; preferably between 7-8 hours.
