I've been overweight my whole life.  The only thing is that looking back at high school photos, I was overweight, but I wasn't so bad.  I was 298 lbs when I delivered my son in 1989.  After that I went up into the 300-350 mark, divorced and hovered there.   Remarried and went to 458 lbs.   Lost down to 254 lbs and went back up to 352 lbs.   Lost down to 277 and went right back up to 320.  Lost and regained the same 20 to 40 lbs over and over agian.  That changed in March.  I'm committed   I'm tired of the yo-yo ride.  Tired of not knowing what the down side of 200 lbs is like.  The goal is 175.   I've lost 40 lbs since March.  The lowest weight I've ever been is 254.  I'm extremely close and I'm hoping this dietbet will get me there.   I'm doing this for me, no one else.   I want a better life for me before this life is over. :))
