This is it, I feel like i've tried all sorts in the last few years to shift this weight and had all sorts of tests (gained a lot of weight in a very short time frame a few years back with a lot of poss hypothyroid symptoms but blood tests were never conclusive).

I get discouraged when weight stays the same even after weeks of being 'good'.  Every time I decide on a regime I seem to read a refute of it.... i'll start keto then read that your endochrine system needs carbs, start fasting and then worry its leading to disordered eating, weight watchers, slimming world, slow-carb, CICO, this time I'm going to stick to it no matter what.
